I’m always a bit wary of dealerships, but my experience at Hansen Automotive completely changed that. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm, friendly saleswoman who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional.I was upfront that I wasn’t looking to buy right now, just browsing, and she reassured me that it was perfectly fine and still gave me her full attention. She was patient, never pushy, and treated me with genuine respect the entire time.At 68 years old, I can honestly say she’s one of the most outstanding salespeople I’ve ever met. When I am ready to buy, I’ll absolutely be coming back to her. Other dealerships could really learn from her approach to customer service.
